This 1:1 programme is for you if…
You are grieving the loss of a loved one who supported you, validated you and who made you feel safe - they were your cheerleader
You are grieving the loss of your self, your identity, your self-confidence, and your sense of safety
You feel untethered and lost after loss
You’re struggling with anxiety and self esteem after loss
You’re struggling with jealousy, need for control, boundaries (too high or too low), seeking external validation, avoidance or comparison after loss
You understand that self-care is how we take our power back in the face of immense hardship
You refuse to let the rest of your life be defined by your loss
AND YOU WANT…
You want to feel less anxious and understand why you're feeling this way, and feel confident/secure again
You want to acknowledge and accept your trauma
You want to support yourself through your grief in a way that feels meaningful to YOU
You desire to show up more fully for your life and for the people you love that are still here
You wish to rebuild around your loss
You want to live a full life that feels meaningful and fulfilling despite of loss
You wish for a sense of community in facing your grief and in seeking healing. You know that although grief is a burden we bear alone, walking alongside other grievers who “get it” is deeply healing
You long for a safe space where you are free to speak about grief, loss and healing freely and without judgement
The more I masked and numbed my grief, the less I knew myself.
I didn’t like myself. I didn’t want my grief. I was invalidating myself without realising it. I went from feeling connected, safe, supported and loved, to feeling vulnerable, lost and untethered the moment my dad died. And this feeling manifested year after year, the more I pushed my grief away.
Are you numbing or masking your grief?
You’re numbing and masking yourself.
This can show itself in many ways:
jealously and insecurity
worries about the future and about losing others
need for control
feeling inadequate with your grief ‘I’m not grieving correctly’, ‘ I haven’t turned my pain into a purpose, this must mean I’m behind or something is wrong with me’
avoidance and detachment from yourself
people-pleasing and seeking external validation
And so many other blocks.
Can you relate to any?
Although it took my 5/6 years to understand how all of these issues I was facing related so heavily to the loss of my dad, I have now been able to find and develop inner security. More trust. More connection. Better boundaries. Confidence. Deep confidence. Freedom.
Do you want this for yourself?

What we cover in grief coaching:
Client feedback:
“I’ve felt a massive shift since working with Kayleigh. I now realise that I need to see myself with more compassion and patience, instead of judgement and hate. I’m less anxious and more connected to my dad”
— Katie
“This is such a safe container to really understand yourself. I came to Kayleigh after 3 years of grieving alone. I had created a very negative relationship with myself, and was constantly comparing myself to others and just feeling inadequate. I am now in a place of acknowledgement and acceptance with myself.”
— J.L
Understand your grief.
Reconnect with yourself.
Connect with your loved one.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve been working privately with many of people who are going through grief, and who have realised that grief isn’t just one loss; it’s a loss of your loved one, the loss of your identity, the loss of control, the loss of future plans, the loss of trust, and SO much more.
And all of that had resulted in lots of fear, anxiety and a sense of feeling stuck. And from my own experience with losing my dad, and losing (and refinding) myself along the way, I've helped so many people to unblock emotions that are keeping them stuck, change their relationship to grief so they can take back control, and come into alignment with who they are now after loss- all whilst deepening their connection to their loved one.
I help them get unstuck and step forwards safely with their grief.
No one tells you that grief changes you, but when you’ve lost someone who was like home to you, who as always the there, who believed in you, who validated you, who as honest with you, it’s impossible not to lose yourself. In an instant it’s like, ‘who am I?’ and ‘where is home?’
It’s exhausting and it’s unbelievably lonely, which is why I’m opening up this opportunity to learn the strategies I’ve previously only offered privately. If you’ve been struggling alone with feeling safe, confident and secure, then this is your opportunity to do something truly special for yourself.

“I feel exposed to the cold winds of life without my loved one. It makes me feel very vulnerable.”

So… Here’s some of what we can work on:
Each session is completely tailored to you, to support you with your personal goals. However, here are some of the things we can cover together:
We’re going to be guided by my tried and tested SHINE system– which covers Self-Awareness, Self Compassion and Self Care (at the centre of our capacity to be emotionally safe), Holding Space (to deepen the connection with your loved one), Innerwork (critical right now), No Timeline, No Judgement, No rulebook (grief is as unique as you are), and Education (knowing what grief is, so you can communicate your needs and boundaries). You’re going to build self assurance which in turn will allow you to trust others, the world and yourself again.
You’re going to learn how to come into a deeper relationship with yourself and with your grief, through your entire system (mind, body, energy, emotions). You’ll have options that nourish *your* needs and are underpinned by tools and systems that actually speak to the fact that grief isn’t just one loss . No more confusion, self-doubt or comparison.
You’ll learn how to the mind and body has changed since your loss, how that’s playing into your lack of safety, and how to tap into your vagus nerve to downregulate your nervous system to create inner safety when you need it most. Plus you’ll have access to expertise from a medical doctor-turned mindset coach, who can help you to understand cognitive distortions and the chronic stress state grief has created. Simple tactics that you've never considered before.
Do you know that we have to move towards our grief in order to move forwards with it? We’re going to work with Shadow Work to help you to better understand your grief, rather than numb it, avoid it or push it aside. From here you’ll be able to initiate a safer relationship with yourself based on love and understanding rather than fear and judgement. It could be the most powerful part of this programme ... and creates the sense of safety you deserve for your future!
We’ll cover how to continue to resolve underlying pain, so that you can become regulated, embodied, safe and open – and why this process is *absolutely critical* for the lifelong nature of grief.
I’ll teach you how to find a secure internal attachment so that you can self-soothe your grief and anxiety. You’ll learn how to be aware kind and responsive to your inner states and you’ll learn how to establish an inner secure bond.
You are going to learn how to deepen the connection with your loved one so that you can continue your relationship with them. We’ll practice my signature Holding Space steps to safely remember your person, continue their legacy and feel their love.
This programme will give you holistic guidance for wherever you are at on your grief journey.
Deepen the connection with your loved one.
Trust others, the world and yourself again.
No more confusion, self-doubt or comparison.
Downregulate your nervous system to create inner safety.
Initiate a safer relationship with yourself based on love and understanding rather than fear and judgement.
