Good Grief was launch in 2018.

It's a myth that grief has a timeline and that it dissolves over time, and although we don't heal from grief we can learn to integrate it as a part of who we become after loss in a way that feels safe.

Good Grief is a safe space where you will be supported holistically throughout your journey, to grieve and to find meaning in your life after loss, via 1:1 grief coaching or group support in our membership and courses.

Meet the founder.

Hello, I’m Kayleigh. I'm the founder of Good Grief, and it's my aim to facilitate safe spaces for people who are grieving. I lost my dad when I was 15, and after years of numbing my grief with shopping, spending and booze, I realised through another loss, that I wanted to get to know my grief and listen to what I truly needed instead of running away from it. So Good Grief was born!

I've helped thousands of people across the world through transformative coaching, breathwork, inner-work, meditation, and restorative practices, to find ways to move forward with their lives whilst carrying their loved one with them.

I'm here to guide you back home to yourself, so that you can find meaning in your life after loss, and create an everlasting spiritual relationship with your loved one.

My qualifications:

Holistic Grief Coaching, Mind and Body Synergies for Grief, Transformation Coaching, Spiritual Coaching, CBT Anxiety Management, NLP (qualifying), Timeline Therapy (qualifying), and ACT for grief.
