Breathwork for grief with Fini Copper

Fini’s Story:

In 2018, I was at an all-time low.

Periods of extended trauma in my childhood and early to mid-twenties, with little support had shattered me, and every day functioning was unattainable. Over the years, I had sought out various types of therapy, from CBT, to psychodynamic, to neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), but the benefits for me were marginal.

Fast forward a few months, I had quit my job and flown to Bali as a last-ditch effort to find joy. I spent two months attending workshops and rituals, practising yoga and meditation, and then discovered breathwork - a pivotal moment in my life.

Using this incredible self-healing modality, I released repressed emotions previously trapped within my body, which allowed me to heal significantly, and become more emotionally consistent. From here, I began working to rebalance my nervous system using various other breath techniques. 

Working with a solid scientific underpinning, as well as emotional care, I help people to optimise their physical, mental and emotional health through the power of their breath. I truly believe there is a breath technique for anything, enabling you to gain clarity, connection, peace and joy in your life. Having left a career in organisational psychology behind, breathwork is the most powerful yet accessible tool I’ve found to improve wellbeing.
