Before each session, you will be asked for your permission to be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you can exit the session. If you wish for your shares not to be recorded specifically for any reason, please let us know by emailing us at kayleigh@good-grief.co.uk or use the private messaging option to remain anonymous.

Please note that any 1:1 calls are not recorded, ensuring your privacy in those personal interactions.
