Making wellness more accessible.

As you would expect, we need to make you aware of the terms of membership, for your own protection and of course for ours.

We don’t want to over complicate this so membership to Good Grief and The Good Grief Gang has a few simple rules:

 

  • Membership is:

–       Tier one, one month rolling contract is £18 plus VAT per month

–       Tier one, for 3 months, six months or a year rolling contract is £15 plus VAT per month

–       Tier two, one month rolling contract is £35 plus VAT per month

–       Tier two, for 3 months, six months or a year rolling contract is £30 plus VAT per month

–       Tier three, one month rolling contract is £120 plus VAT per month

–       Tier three, for 3 months, six months or a year rolling contract is £100 plus VAT per month

  • Membership fee will be automatically debited from your account on the day you sign up and then every month, 3 months, 6 months or yearly dependent on what option you chose upon signing up. You will receive a reminder email about payment 7 days before we take your payment.

 

  • The first payment is due at the point of joining. Subsequent payments will be taken one month, three months, six months or a year from your date of joining depending on what option you chose.

  • Membership represents a minimum, initial period of one, three, six or twelve months depending on which option you chose.

  • After the initial chosen number of months, membership will run on a rolling basis, automatically renewing on your chosen time period (every one, three, six or twelve months).

  • If you wish to cancel your membership after the initial period, you will need to log into your account on the website and set your payment plan to cancel beforeyour membership renews and payment is taken.

 

  • Please note refunds are given at our (Good Grief’s) discretion, we have the right to charge a £28.00 admin fee for anyone who requests a refund on their membership due to any reasons including failing to cancel before the payment renewal date.

  • Membership acceptance is at the discretion of Kayleigh O’Connor, founder of Good Grief or any individual expressly appointed by them

  • Members must abide by the rules of participation in the group, which can be found in the FB group under rules or in your welcome email.

 

  • Any member who continuously and deliberately breaks these rules will be removed from the group, see rules below:

    1. Everyone has got lots going on, please be nice
    Please remember that everyone in this group is going through their own challenges, don’t be mean to each other. This group is to support each other and make going through life’s dark patches lighter.
     
    2. No hate speech or bullying
    Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed. Degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
     
    3. Respect everyone’s privacy
    Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group should stay in the group.
     
    4. Take what you need.
    Use this as a tool to further grow yourself, ask the questions you need, and get the support you deserve. Make friends, meet new people, take care of yourself!
     
    5. No business pages, personal pages only
    Please apply with your personal account – this needs to feel like a safe space full of individuals. If you are a Wellness Coach, amazing! But please keep it real at The Good Grief Gang.
     
  • Under these circumstances, the membership fees will be cancelled after the minimum monthly term and one month’s notice period, not before
